HEAR
You must hear God's message. This comes from the preaching, teaching,
and reading of the Word of Christ, the Bible. Romans 10:17

FAITH
Upon hearing God's message, you must believe and have faith that
Christ is the Son of the living God, and that He died as a sacrifice
for your sins. Romans 1:1-6

REPENT
You must recognize and admit your own personal sins, and change from
that way of thinking and living. II Corinthians 7:9-10
|
CONFESS
You must openly acknowledge and confess your belief that Jesus is the
Christ, the Son of the living God. Romans 10:9-10

BAPTIZE
Upon repenting, you must be baptized as an act of faith and obedience
to receive forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Baptism is a burial of the old self and a resurrection of your new
life in Christ. Romans 6:2-6; Acts 2:38; John 3:5

SERVE
You must serve Christ by following the commands and instructions found
throughout His Word. You become a witness to others by showing the
same love and compassion that He has already shown to you. Philippians 2:1-11; James 1:22-25 |
